Return Policy
We want you to love your ATELIER purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Returns are free for all orders.
How to Return an Item
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team at support@atelier.com with your order number. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Pack Your Item
Securely pack the item with all original tags and packaging. Include the return shipping label provided.
Drop Off & Track
Drop your package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location. Track your return using the provided tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on items returned within 30 days.
Simply initiate a return and select "exchange" instead of "refund." If the exchange item is a different price, any difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance or final sale items (marked at checkout)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items returned after 30 days
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll provide a return label and replace your item at no cost.
No need to wait—we may issue a replacement or refund immediately while we investigate.
